MHP Food Trading is looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in the UAE (Al-Ayn) food service industry to drive business growth by acquiring and managing clients such as restaurants, hotels, catering companies, cafés, and institutional buyers (schools, hospitals, etc.) with focus in Al-Ayn Emirate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets for food service products in Al-Ayn.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, procurement managers, and distributors.
- Stay updated on UAE food trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients in the Al-Ayn market.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track performance, and provide market feedback to management.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years in B2B food sales, preferably in UAE’s HORECA sector.
- Familiarity with UAE food service distribution channels and key players.
- Strong ability to persuade and close deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
- Fluent in English, other languages are plus.
