Overview: As a Jewelry Sales Executive, you will be responsible for representing our brand and assisting customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces to meet their needs and preferences. This role requires a passion for jewelry, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that match their style and preferences.
- Provide information about the quality, materials, and craftsmanship of the jewelry.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, sizing, and customization options.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and patience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Sales:
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell jewelry items.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the jewelry collection and stay updated on new arrivals and trends.
- Close sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Process payments and handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Merchandising and Inventory:
- Assist with merchandising and display of jewelry items to attract customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the management team regarding stock replenishment needs.
- Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels.
- Complete paperwork related to sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in jewelry retail sales.
- Knowledge of different types of jewelry, including gemstones, metals, and settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
