- Greet and assist customers, offering expert advice on household & kitchenware.
- Recommend products and upsell complementary items.
- Operate POS: process sales, returns, and maintain accuracy.
- Keep the store neat, organized, and visually appealing.
- Restock shelves and support inventory checks.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate with your team to hit daily and weekly sales targets.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience in the UAE (home goods preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Capable with POS systems, handling cash, and basic math.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and available to work weekends or evenings.
- High school diploma required, a plus: bachelor’s in Marketing or similar.
