Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions using company services or products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- UAE driving license (preferred, if applicable).
