Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

About the Role:
We are a growing freight forwarding company in Dubai with big ambitions. We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who knows the logistics business and is hungry to build a strong client base across ocean and air freight.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and close leads for FCL, LCL, and air freight
- Meet clients across UAE to understand their logistics needs
- Prepare and present freight quotations
- Follow up on shipments, payments, and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with importers/exporters, especially in India, China, and Africa trade lanes
- Meet monthly GP and shipment volume targets
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth execution
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of freight forwarding sales experience in Dubai
- Good client network across industries (e.g., metal, textile, machinery, general cargo)
- Understanding of shipping terms, documentation, and pricing structures
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license preferred
