Job Responsibilities
As a Sales cum Admin Executive, your core responsibilities will include:
Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in real estate and serviced office spaces (business centers)
Presenting available spaces, and handling client inquiry & office space leasing, and closing deals
Assisting in the end-to-end leasing process including documentation, follow-ups, and client onboarding
Supporting daily administrative operations of the business center, property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on Bayut,Dubizzle and Property Finder.
Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Preparing contracts, reports, proposals, and maintaining proper documentation
Managing client databases, CRM tools, and ensuring all records are updated accurately
Handling incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
Ensuring timely collection of payments and follow-up for pending dues
Providing after-sales support and maintaining strong client relationships
Assisting in organizing events, meetings, and marketing activities as required

Requirements & Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in business center operations and/or real estate sales in the UAE
Skills:
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent administrative, organizational, and time management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of UAE real estate and business center procedures
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and basic accounting tools
Multitasking ability and problem-solving mindset
Fluency in English (Multilingual skills are an advantage)
