Books Salesperson Responsibilities & Duties ( fillipinos`s)
- Assist customers in finding and selecting books.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Stock shelves and ensure books are properly displayed.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Organize and participate in store events, such as book signings and readings.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering stock.
- Stay informed about new releases and popular titles.
- Create attractive in-store displays to promote featured books.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and courteously.
- Assist with online orders and in-store pickups.
- Provide information on membership programs and promotions.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Books Salesperson Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of current literary trends and popular titles.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A degree in literature, communications, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong passion for books and reading.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
