Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or tracking systems
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement
