Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, a valid UAE driving license, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products and services to customers across the UAE.
- Identify potential clients and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase offerings effectively.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (within the UAE or internationally).
- Valid UAE driving license preferable.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused mindset.
