Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive on a Spouse Visa to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our technical and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
- Promote and sell company services (MEP, HVAC, AMC contracts, fit-out, etc.) to potential clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report daily and weekly sales activity to management.
Requirements:
- Must be on Spouse Visa with valid UAE residency.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical services or facility management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
