We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals to help achieve company revenue targets. This position demands excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills combined with a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular updates and detailed sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience of 2 to 5 years.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
