We're looking for a Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in media sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can build strong relationships, and isn't afraid to cold-call their way into groundbreaking solutions.
We specialize in social media marketing, content creation, influencer collaborations, website development, and tech solutions across multiple industries, including real estate, e-commerce, fashion, and automobiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & Pursue New Business Opportunities – Actively prospect and generate leads across various industries.
- Develop & Execute Sales Strategies – Drive revenue growth through strong sales tactics and relationship-building.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain and update Pipedrive CRM with all sales activities, follow-ups, and deal progress.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team – Work closely to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Prepare & Present Proposals – Tailor solutions for potential clients and effectively communicate FOVTY Media’s value proposition.
- Meet & Exceed KPIs & Sales Targets – Consistently achieve assigned revenue and performance goals.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a creative or digital agency locally or outside the UAE.
- Go-getter attitude, results-driven, and passion to succeed.
- Ability to generate and close new business opportunities independently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services such as social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and web development.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- UAE-based candidates preferred; driving license is a plus.
KPIs for Sales Executive at FOVTY Media
- Lead Generation & Outreach – Minimum of 40 qualified outreach attempts per week.
- Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain HubSpot CRM with a healthy pipeline.
- Meetings & Presentations – Minimum of 20 client meetings per month.
- Revenue Targets – Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Client Retention & Upselling – Identify opportunities to upsell and retain existing clients.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
