- Monitor freezer turnover with each customer, reallocating freezers based on productivity to maximize sales potential.
- Maintain freezer agreements with approval from GFAB and customers, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Develop detailed sales targets and action plans, conducting regular reviews to exceed budgeted sales targets and address any deviations.
- Ensure strict compliance with brand standards across all sales activities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, driving incremental revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Understand key customer needs and requirements, proposing solutions that align with their objectives to drive sales.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by increasing share of shelf and strategically positioning freezer/points of sale.
- Increase sales from existing customers year-on-year and expand the number of SKUs sold per customer.
- Monitor new and prospective customers in the region, ensuring timely account opening and proactive engagement.
- Keep abreast of market competition, informing management and devising action plans to enhance market share.
QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
- In - depath understanding of the modern trade market dynamics in the UAE
