Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tadbeer Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Tadbeer or domestic worker visa services and a proven track record in closing sales. This is a target-driven role with high commission potential, offering strong income growth for top performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell government-approved Tadbeer packages for domestic worker visas.
- Handle customer inquiries, walk-ins, and follow-ups professionally.
- Clearly explain service packages, MOHRE regulations, and the application process.
- Match clients with suitable candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure proper documentation is collected for visa processing.
- Liaise with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Tadbeer or visa service experience (required).
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and Tadbeer processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages a plus).
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
- Confident in handling objections and closing deals.
