We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and upholding the brand image in a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert product knowledge on furniture and home décor collections.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their living spaces.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers in all purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure products are displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Follow up with clients on orders, deliveries, and post-sales service.
- Assist in showroom events, promotions, and new product launches.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-end or luxury retail sales (preferably in furniture or home décor).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A polished, professional appearance with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.
