Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell real estate properties and related services to prospective clients
- Generate and qualify new leads through networking, cold calling, and online research
- Schedule and conduct property presentations and viewings
- Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales process
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Stay updated on Dubai’s property market, trends, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-presented
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is a plus
- UAE experience preferred but not mandatory
