- Promote and sell PRO and DED (Department of Economic Development) services to new and existing clients.
- Handle inquiries related to company formation, trade license issuance/renewals, local sponsorship, visa services and related government transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE regulations, DED procedures, GDRFA requirements, and other legal documentation processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the backend processing team and typists to ensure smooth completion of client requests.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experience in a sales role specifically within Local Immigration and DED services.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE government departments (GDRFA, DED, MOHRE, DHA, Emirates ID Authority).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Arabic language is an added advantage).
- Sales-driven personality with the ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Experience working in an Amer Center, Tasheel, or Business Setup company is highly preferred
