We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in BASE OIL, lubricants, or petrochemical sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed base oil sales targets.
Identify, approach, and secure new B2B customers, including lubricant manufacturers, traders, and industrial clients.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Monitor base oil market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in alignment with company policies.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams for timely order fulfillment.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years proven sales experience in base oil, lubricants, or petrochemicals (mandatory).
Strong understanding of base oil grades, specifications, and applications.
Established network of contacts in the lubricants and oil trading industry.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
