Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or promotions.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details.
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a bonus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
