VEP (Valuable End Product) Consistently generated and converted qualified leads into signed contracts for ArchiStruct’s architectural and engineering services, by delivering accurate, timely, and compelling commercial proposals aligned with client needs and company pricing strategy, resulting in measurable revenue growth and a healthy project pipeline.
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the business development activities of ArchiStruct. This role focuses on identifying and securing new project opportunities, primarily in villa reconstruction and new-builds. The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing. This position requires close collaboration with the Chief Engineer and technical teams to ensure proposals are commercially viable and technically sound, directly contributing to the company's revenue and project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
● Proactively generate leads through networking, market research, and outreach to potential clients, including property owners, developers, and real estate agents
● Qualify inbound inquiries and consult with prospective clients to understand their architectural and engineering needs for reconstruction or new-build projects
● Collaborate with the technical department to prepare accurate and compelling commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts
● Present proposals to clients, clearly communicating ArchiStruct's value proposition and service offerings
● Lead negotiations to successfully close deals and secure signed contracts, ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies
● Maintain and update the client pipeline and sales activities diligently using the company's CRM system (Zoho)
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
● Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Chief Engineer. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Signed contracts revenue vs. target - achieve monthly and quarterly targets. ● Lead-to-contract conversion rate
● Proposal submission timeliness - within 2 business days of final technical review
● CRM record accuracy - 100% up-to-date daily
Mandatory Requirements
● Minimum 3-5 years of sales or business development experience in the UAE, preferably within an engineering consultancy, construction, or architectural firm
● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
● Strong understanding of the Dubai construction and real estate market, particularly concerning villas and low-rise buildings
● Fluent English, both written and verbal
● Proficient in using CRM software (Zoho preferred) and Google Workspace
● Valid UAE Driving License. Compensation Package
● Fixed salary: AED 5,000/month
● Commission: 10% of the contract value for all signed agreements generated
