Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential patients through inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, walk-ins, social media inquiries).
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into consultations.
2. Consultative Selling
- Understand the patient’s needs and recommend suitable dental treatments (e.g., veneers, implants, orthodontics, whitening).
- Clearly explain treatment options, procedures, benefits, and costs to help patients make informed decisions.
3. Building Relationships & Trust
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while dealing with patients’ concerns.
- Build strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
4. Appointment Booking & Coordination
- Schedule consultations and treatments with dentists efficiently.
- Ensure proper follow-up for treatment plan approvals and appointments.
5. Closing Sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed treatments.
- Handle objections and offer suitable financing options (if available).
6. After-Sales Support
- Follow up with patients after treatment for satisfaction and upsell additional services (e.g., maintenance, whitening, retainers).
- Ensure a smooth patient experience from initial contact to post-treatment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
