Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
- Build, develop, and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the firm’s accounting and advisory services.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to assess their accounting needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Communicate the firm’s service offerings (e.g., tax, audit, bookkeeping) clearly and persuasively to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospects.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and foster new business opportunities.
- Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitors.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Report on sales activity and performance indicators.
- Provide feedback on client preferences and market demands to management for service optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in accounting or professional services.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and ambitious.
