Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the building materials industry.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Promote products, specifically tiles and other building materials, to contractors, developers, and retailers.
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales with customers to close deals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market insights for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outdoor sales within the building materials industry.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
