Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new wholesale clients including distributors, retail chains, and regional resellers.
- Manage existing B2B accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and promote the product range to prospective clients using solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and pricing strategies tailored to the wholesale market.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and inventory levels using CRM tools.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any related filed
- Fresher or 1 year experience as sales Executive
- Proven experience in wholesale or B2B sales, preferably in the perfume, sectors.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, margin management, and bulk sales operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with regional and international wholesale markets (if applicable).
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
