Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead lead generation and client acquisition in the construction materials sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with contractors, developers, and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Dubai and the UAE
- Conduct market research to spot trends, competitor activity, and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and site engineers
- Promote and sell products such as AAC blocks, concrete blocks, formwork systems, and scaffolding solutions, Other building material as per UAE market.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and outreach efforts
- Provide feedback on customer needs and product performance
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ years of sales experience in construction materials or B2B trading (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong network within the construction and contracting industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with outdoor sales
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across sites
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Excel, PowerPoint)
