Responsibilities:
- Promote and Sell Travel Services: Develop and sell travel services tailored to corporate clients' needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling travel services.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate with travel coordinators and agents to ensure seamless travel arrangements for clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide clients with the best travel options.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong customer service orientation, and proficiency in travel booking systems like Amadeus or Sabre.
