We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive - Cosmetics to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of cosmetic products across designated territories or retail partners. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products and regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, beauty salons, and end consumers.
- Promote and demonstrate cosmetic products to customers and educate them on usage and benefits.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and gather competitor insights.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals with clients and partners.
- Organize and participate in product launches, trade shows, beauty expos, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, consumer needs, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to improve product positioning and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of UAE experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals under pressure.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
