We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inbound & Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound customer inquiries and proactively reaching out to potential clients through outbound sales efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Inbound Sales:
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and product features.
- Convert inquiries into sales by effectively addressing customer concerns and objections.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly interactions.
Outbound Sales:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
- Identify and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule appointments, product demos, or follow-up calls with prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
