We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive - Personal Finance to join our team and drive credit card sales through outbound calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining product features, and converting leads into successful applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Personal Finance.
- Explain Personal Finance features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and application processes clearly and convincingly.
- Follow up on leads provided through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales (preferably in financial services )
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of banking or financial products is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
