Job Description:
Fintrek Marketing is hiring Sales Executives for Personal Loan products. If you have a passion for sales and experience in the banking sector, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell personal finance products to potential customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field activity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand and explain product features and benefits clearly.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow compliance protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of retail banking experience in the UAE, specifically in personal loans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be currently available in the UAE.
- Prior experience in customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of UAE banking and financial regulations is an advantage.
- A proactive and target-driven approach.
Salary: Up to AED 5,000 based on experience + attractive incentives
