MHP Food Trading is looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in the UAE (Sharjah/Ajman) food service industry to drive business growth by acquiring and managing clients such as restaurants, hotels, catering companies, cafés, and institutional buyers (schools, hospitals, etc.) with focus in Sharjah and Ajman Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets for food service products in Sharjah and Ajman.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, procurement managers, and distributors.
- Stay updated on UAE food trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients in the SH/AJ market.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track performance, and provide market feedback to management.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years in B2B food sales, preferably in UAE’s HORECA sector.
- Familiarity with UAE food service distribution channels and key players.
- Strong ability to persuade and close deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
- Fluent in English, other languages are plus.
