Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers in-store and online with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Support the sales team in managing inventory, restocking, and merchandising.
• Handle basic POS operations and support transaction processes.
• Learn and communicate product features confidently—both toys and DJ gear.
• Conduct Market research to identify trend, competitors and potential areas for business growth
• Gather customer feedback and report common inquiries or issues.
• Support showroom organization and displays for both DJCorner and ToyCorner.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotions and events.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
