Create and implement effective sales plans to drive growth and meet revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and customers.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by senior management.
Proactively find and develop potential clients and new business opportunities within the HVAC sector, including MEP companies, contractors, and FM companies.
Understand client needs and offer suitable air conditioning and HVAC product solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Adapt strategies to market changes, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
Experience:
Proven experience in the air conditioning or HVAC service and maintenance industry.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, such as chillers, AHUs, and VRF systems.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and negotiate effectively.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering is often preferred, though technical or business/marketing education can also be acceptable.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools is frequently required.
Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales plans.
