Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles (preferably 2–5 years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualities
- Empathetic leadership style with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- High emotional intelligence and client-centered approach.
- Multilingual abilities (if applicable to your market).
- Experience in Retail sales, B2B.
