Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate key markets and achieve revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns that support sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions to equip the team with the latest product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Set clear performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability and achievement of targets.
- Resolve customer issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction and retention, reinforcing a customer-centric approach.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, showcasing progress and strategic recommendations.
Canditate Profile Expectations:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for strategic insight.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within a similar industry to ensure relevant knowledge.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a competitive advantage.
- Experience in managing and developing a team, demonstrating strong leadership and motivational capabilities.
