We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and direct our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent sales team management & leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance across the team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for training, developing & spearheading sales team and ensuring each team member meets or exceeds their sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold full accountability for the results of the sales team.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members, carry out continuous evaluation of their performance, and take actions necessary to achieve high individual performance and accountability across the sales team.
- Drive team members to consistently achieve their monthly sales targets through guidance, motivation, and performance management.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate team members’ daily performance, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
- Provide hands-on support in client meetings, negotiations, and strategic closings.
- Assist team members in closing key deals and handling high-value clients.
- Conduct team meetings effectively to review performance and set action plans.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in sales and sales team management.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and sales metrics for performance improvement.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Pay: 8000 AED/month + Sales Team Target-Based Incentives
