JOB SUMMARY:
A market leader in the Signage and Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising industry is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities in the digital signage and OOH advertising space. You will leverage your industry expertise to grow market share, enhance brand visibility for clients, and contribute to the company's long-term success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute long-term sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with high-value clients and key decision-makers.
- Offer tailored signage and OOH advertising solutions that align with client objectives and brand strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience to maximize client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Identify and penetrate untapped markets and prime advertising locations.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to boost brand visibility.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
- Provide continuous training on sales best practices, product innovations, and market intelligence.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of B2B sales experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role within the digital signage, OOH advertising, or media industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in the UAE or GCC markets.
- Strong expertise in client relationship management, solution-based selling, and market development.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to business growth.
