Job Summary:
The Event Sales Manager – Wedding & Social is responsible for driving revenue through the sales and seamless execution of weddings, social gatherings, and private events. This role combines strategic sales initiatives with hands-on event management, ensuring each occasion is executed flawlessly and reflects the client’s vision while maintaining the hotel’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings through compelling proposals and presentations.
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings to understand event requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, Rooms, Concierge, etc.) and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Oversee events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and bring creative ideas for event styling and personalized experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or hospitality sales, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative flair for event design and décor.
