Position Summary-:

This position is responsible to leads and motivates a sales team, develops sales strategies, and ensures customer satisfaction, while also managing the sales process from initial customer contact to final sale. They may oversee both new and used vehicle sales, manage inventory, and work with other departments to streamline the sales process.

Job Responsibilities-:

Market Research/Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, managing sales teams, and expanding market share.

Sales Target & Managing the Sales Pipeline:

- Meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive client acquisition, relationship management, and closing deals.

Marketing Campaign Management & Relationship Building:

- Planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, print, events) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the industry.

Product Knowledge & Customer Relationship Management:

- Possessing in-depth knowledge of diesel engines, automotive products, and related services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide expert advice.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers

- Understanding their needs and addressing their concerns.

- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Digital Marketing:

- Utilizing digital marketing techniques (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media) to reach target audiences and drive online engagement.

Qualifications: ·

Bachelor’s degree in automotive Industry/or in relative field.

Additional Requirement:

Candidate must have UAE Driving License.

Skills-:

Proven ability to achieve sales targets, manage sales processes, and close deals.

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and develop data-driven strategies.

Ability to build rapport with clients, negotiate deals, and maintain strong relationships

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
