Custom Timber Industries LLC is seeking a dedicated, results-driven, and confident Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are a leading timber trading company with a strong reputation for quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This position requires someone with a strong personality, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of timber products and trading practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Promote and sell timber products to meet or exceed sales targets
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales and marketing strategies
- Identify and engage potential business clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and report on KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (Timber industry is a PLUS or related industry preferred)
- Strong personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of FSC, PEFC and UAE regulations
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
- Valid UAE driving license (if MUST)
- Proven experience in B2B sales and/or marketing
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
