Role Description
This full-time Sales & Marketing Executive role at PPJ SOLUTIONS GENERAL MAINTENANCE involves engaging with potential clients, promoting our facility management services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. The role is on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, email outreach, and referrals.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate the company’s products or services to potential clients, effectively communicating the features and benefits.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals while ensuring profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and customer interactions using CRM software. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.
- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with other teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously develop knowledge about the company’s products or services to effectively sell and advise customers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (typically 1–3 years).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Personal Attributes:
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Adaptable and able to handle rejection.
Preferred :
- Experience in relevant field i.e. in facility management field.
Compensation:
- Salary: Competitive base salary with commission or bonus incentives based on sales performance.

Work Environment:
Sales Executives may work in an office, remotely, or on-site at client locations, depending on the company. Travel may be required to meet clients or attend business events.
