Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve student recruitment targets for the programmes.
- Manage lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, digital marketing, and education fairs.
- Build and nurture relationships with school counselors, educational agents, corporate partners, and local institutions.
- Represent the university at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events in the UAE and the region.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.
- Work closely with admissions and academic departments to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
- Prepare regular reports and insights on campaign performance and enrollment data.
Key Requirements:
- Masters’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Preferably in Education Field)
- Western education with UAE & international academic exposure is highly desirable.
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in a similar sales and marketing role, preferably within the education sector in the UAE.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated professional.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital tools, and data analytics is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
