We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Operations Coordinator who can actively engage in sales while managing operational and logistical support. The role requires balancing customer acquisition, relationship management, and operational coordination to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery. A valid driving licence is required to visit clients, suppliers, and operational sites.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to generate leads and secure orders.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate the processing of sales orders from quotation to delivery.
- Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and suppliers to ensure timely supply and shipment.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement as required.
- Maintain accurate sales and operations records.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline, and operations.
- Support finance with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales and operations (preferably in trading, oil & gas, marine, or FMCG sectors).
- Valid UAE/GCC driving licence (mandatory).
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
