We are seeking an energetic and motivated Female Visa Sales Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in visa sales/consultancy and a strong ability to communicate with clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries regarding visa services (tourist, visit, work, and study visas).
- Provide accurate information about visa requirements, documentation, and processes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful visa applications.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Stay updated on immigration rules and visa policies of various countries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in visa consultancy or related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
- Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
