About the Role
In this client-facing role, you'll drive property sales by nurturing long-term relationships across Dubai’s off-plan real estate market. You’ll be hands-on in one of the world’s fastest-moving property landscapes—advising clients, promoting premium developments, and managing the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Success here means blending strong market knowledge with a consultative, service-driven approach to exceed client expectations and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Prospecting:
- Source and qualify leads via property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle), referrals and social media.
- Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, present property options, and manage negotiations through to handover.
Market Tracking
- Stay up to date on new project launches and rental trends in key Dubai districts.
- Report monthly on supply vs demand shifts, average rates and hot neighbourhoods.
Social Media Activation:
- Comfortable with on-camera presence, capable of creating engaging and informative video content to promote property listings and company branding across digital platforms.
- Proficient in managing social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement to drive visibility and lead generation.
After-Sales Service
- Ensure smooth contract signings by coordinating with developers, sales executive, legal and finance teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the off-plan property sector to encourage referrals and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 6 months – 1 year successful track record in real estate sales, either in the UAE or internationally.
- Extensive experience and success navigating off-plan real estate deals.
- Good understanding of Dubai property regulations and freehold areas.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or related field (advantageous).
Essential Skills
Sales & Negotiation: Confident closer with a consultative approach.
Communication: Fluency in English is essential and knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset.
Online Marketing: Comfortable posting listings, responding to inquiries on portals and social channels.
Teamwork: Willingness to coach peers and share best practices.
CRM & Office Tools: Hands-on with a basic CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
