We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Sales Representative to join our team and promote Nigotis, a modern business management software designed for SMEs, factories, clinics, and service providers in the UAE.
This is a field-based role that involves door-to-door sales in key commercial areas of Dubai.
Salary & Commission:
- Base Salary: AED 1,000/month
- Commission: 20% per successful sale
- Performance-Based: Base salary is subject to justification through active sales performance. Representatives not meeting basic sales benchmarks will be reviewed monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Visit businesses in industrial and commercial zones of Dubai
- Pitch and promote Nigotis software features and benefits
- Build relationships with shop owners, factory managers, clinics, salons, and SMEs
- Provide product demos (on tablet or phone)
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily progress
- Follow up with leads and close sales independently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (software or B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong understanding of small business needs
- Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
- Must be based in Dubai with own visa (freelance or spouse visa preferred)
