Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Fragrance Sales Consultant to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, an in-depth knowledge of niche perfumes, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable fragrances.
- Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge and upselling where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area in line with brand standards.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback and market insights to management regarding customer preferences and trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor laws, and freelance contract requirements.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa and be eligible to work as a freelancer (provide freelance license if applicable).
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or niche fragrances.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and different shifts as required.
Contract Details:
- Freelance 1-year contract under UAE labor regulations.
- Compensation based on agreed commission and/or fixed monthly retainer.
- Opportunity for renewal based on performance.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
