The main job responsibilities:
Can explore new products and alternatives.
Can do market survey for all projects and search for new clients.
Can directly interface with clients and brief them about company products and activities.
Can prepare presentation and necessary documents before visiting the clients and consultants.
Can promote products and get the company in the nominated list of the client / consultant.
Can follow up inquiries, demands and competition as well as to get the job awarded.
Can ensure quotations are priced and submitted on time with secured payment terms.
Can send acknowledge / regret letters to the client upon receiving the LPO/ Contracts.
Can prepare fabrication delivery orders.
Can prepare invoices and obtain client’s approval.
Can follow up the receivables and ensure collections on time.
Can prepare visits reports.
Can report to the management completed reports of all jobs, under follow up, tender stage, secured jobs and forecasting.
Can prepare annual sales plan for the company.
To be considered you must have the following skills and attributes:
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
Experience of minimum 3 years in building material in UAE.
Strong Personality and able to work under pressure.
Having UAE driving license.
Available immediately.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
