Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of immigration consultants
- Set daily/weekly goals and ensure targets are met
- Provide training, support, and motivation to team members
- Monitor performance and implement improvements
- Ensure excellent client service and compliance with immigration regulations
- Handle escalations and assist with complex cases when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the immigration industry (minimum 2 years)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional attitude and client-focused approach
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred
