As a Salesforce Developer you will
- Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Configure the platform through custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into business performance.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via RESTful APIs and other web services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, identify gaps, and implement scalable solutions.
- Perform administrative tasks such as user setup, security configuration, and data management.
- Monitor and apply new Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
- Maintain accurate documentation of development and configuration work.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Holds current Salesforce certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Proficient in Apex programming, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce admin functions including permission sets, roles, and data migration.
- Demonstrated experience in system integrations using REST APIs.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator who can work well with both technical teams and business users.
